New Tool Posts RSS Content to Your Blog
Automatically
Right now I'm posting relevant content to my Blogger account without
lifting a finger. Every day, the automated software checks the RSS
newsfeeds for my keywords - the ones that match my blog content - and
posts the news headlines into my blog.
The AdSense ads are running down the side and automatically change to
match each post. Installing the software takes only a few minutes.
Here's what this new tool (R2B) can do for you.
- Finds relevant content for your blog posts
- Provides a reliable automated way to post
- Works with either Blogger or Word Press blogs
- You don't need to host the blogs on your server
- Automatically sends pings to Pingomatic.com
- Posts content that you author on a schedule that you choose
- Includes low footprint random posts so it looks human
- Allows automation overide for total manual control
- Coming soon... three versions, pro regular and lite
You don't have to "do" anything other than install the
software, which takes a few minutes. After that... it just runs,
providing relevant content. And before the purists scream spam, it
plainly isn't. It's news from around the world, which matches your
keywords, which matches your blog.
The content is 100% relevant, timely and interesting to both man and
machine. Then when you have time, overide the auto settings and make
manual posts to your blog, with links to your minisites, landing pages,
or commerce sites.
These are just a few ways R2B is
generating revenue for us...
but what
can RSS to Blog do for you? ==>

NEWS, VIEWS AND CLUES
How To Automate Sending your Articles to
Publishers and Directories
A
few months back I posted 20 or so articles on my site and encouraged
everyone to use them. They were posted hundreds of times around the
'net and the daily subscriptions to this newsletter doubled.
I don't say that to impress you, but to impress "upon you" the power of
articles.
Everyone wants content for their websites. Articles are one of the best
sources of content. Free content.
The author benefits with increased exposure, and a link back to their
site. This encourages the author to continue writing and producing good
content. It's a win win situation for everyone.
The only trouble was... until now... submitting your articles to the
various online sources was a slow and laborious task. Thank goodness
someone finally came up with a way to submit your articles
automatically.
But just so you know, it's way more than just software. It's a complete
training course on how to write articles, or get them written for you.
It gives all the secrets, including what publishers look for, article
length, line length, word count, dynamite resource boxes, what to say,
how to say it, and how to link back to your own site for maximum
results.
On top of the hours of video and audio, the database of ezine
directories, newsletter publishers and periodicals is huge. Imagine
writing a quick 500 word article and automatically sending it at the
push of a button, to literally hundreds of decision makers... all
desperately seeking content for their next publication.
If you do any kind of writing, this software will change the way you do
business... and having been lucky enough to play with the pre-release
version... as an author and writer, I have a feeling I'm going to be
living in this software.

Advanced SEO advice improves SERPS
Look, up in the sky, it's a bird, it's a plane, no... it's Jerry West
and some of the best SEO (search engine optimization) advice on the
planet. If you're looking to improve your positioning in the SERPS
(Search Engine Results Pages) look no further than Jerry West's private
newsletter.
Some of you will remember way back to the days when I ran a private
site called the Gold Vault. I used to post my top scoring pages. What
keyword densities were working. Tips on improving PageRank. All that
good stuff.
Finally there's a resource discussing all the points above. Jerry's got
a whole whack of servers, in different product categories. It's like a
living laboratory where every single movement by every spider is
tracked, logged and compared. The resulting SERPS are analyzed, and
Jerry posts the results of findings.
What you'll learn from Jerry will give you an big advantage in SEO. And
just so you know, this is not a monthly newsletter, it's every few
days, or whenever something important comes along. Like when Google
shut off PageRank over the long weekend. While others panicked, Jerry's
subscribers breathed a sigh of collective relief and were kept informed
every step of the way.
At the time of this writing Jerry was reporting "live" from the
Webmaster World Exhibition in New Orleans. Subscribers were treated to
running commentary on everything from the Opening Keynote to private
conversations with search engine gurus. Nothing was held back.
At 50 dollars a month, his advice is not cheap, but then again, good
advice never is. If you would like to get inside Jerry's living lab,
you can visit his site and sign up. Just go to his site now and click
on the "private newsletter" link.
Want advanced
SEO advice? ==> http://www.cdzn.com/jwn
Then you can sit back and relax as you work on your sites, knowing
Jerry is out there working for you, keeping an eye on the engines,
reading the articles, forum posts and technical papers. He'll let you
know when changes are coming and how to weather the storm.
New Blog Promises to Make You a Better
Optimizer
Leslie Rohde of Windrose Software, creator of OptiLink and the new
Mastering PageRank video course, has started a blog called "Optismarts"
to answer "Customer" questions.
What's great about the Optismarts blog is that it's open to the public.
You and I get to go inside the mind of one smartest search engine
gurus. Leslie told me that the focus would be, "Actionable advice." He
wants to make his "customers" better and smarter optimizers.
So why blog? Leslie points out, "While answering customers' technical
support questions, we routinely get involved in moderate SEO
discussions and analyses of customer sites.
The most effective way to centralize this information is in a free
weblog to benefit all of our customers. Whenever we get good SEO
related questions, we will paraphrase them and post the answers to the
blog."

So maybe you don't have OptiLink yet. (I don't know how you're

consider getting them now.

Product Reviews
Three New Video Training
Courses for Beginners...
1) Internet
Success Blueprint - $27
This
training course is downloadable instead of being a physical product
that gets shipped to your door. At only $27 I think the author Dr. Neil
Shearing needs his head examined... but being a Doctor, you'd think
he's done that already ;-) He's selling it way too cheap.
The course is focused on how to create and sell products online with
only a shoestring budget, something Neil has been doing for years.
There's quite a bit of coverage on writing and producing a product, but
we're also introduced to the basics of finding hosting, getting a
domain name and getting traffic.
Once we get past the basics, we're shown essentials like
autoresponders, affiliate programs, building a list of readers and
automating an online business.
Then, something missing from most ebooks and courses, there's two
videos on how to sell. If you're planning to sell your own product,
this crash course will help you become a better salesperson.
Overall, the only real "weakness" in the course is the website creation
portion. Neil uses Notepad (eek!) to show some html basics, but then
refers us to online tutorials if we want to learn more.
Despite the low price, the value is huge, as most of these videos are
quite long and comprehensive, covering most of the basics that new
information publishers need to know.
If you're considering writing an ebook, or plan on getting into the
information publishing field, then for the cost of a couple of pizza,
you can have hours of video saving you a ton of learning time.
Internet
Success Blueprint ==> http://www.cdzn.com/isb
2) The EZ Web Business Builder $129.00
This
course is nothing like I've ever seen. It uses an animated butler-like
person to help guide you instead of a real human. It's downright cute
and amusing. It certainly takes the edge off the learning experience,
making it a far more pleasurable one.
We're taken on a virtual "view it and do it" tour of all the
fundamentals of running an online business. Starting with keyword
research, we go through the process of researching the competition,
deciding what we want to sell, customizing html templates, getting
graphics, and the basics of making search engine friendly pages.
After completion of the first two sections, we're taken through the
process of marketing our new site. The little animated butler teaches
us all the fun...damentals of email marketing, search engine traffic,
content sharing, affiliate programs and joint ventures. All the
essentials are covered.
The "view it and do it" is a great concept to jump-start an online
business, especially for newcomers to the web. After you watch
something performed by the butler, you can immediately click on the
link, which leads to online tutorials, and a back end that allows you
to master the tasks that you've just seen.
The only real weakness in this course is a lack of html tutorials. The
course does include an html editor and templates. But it relies on
modifying the templates to get started. That's ok for most people, but
personally, I'd rather learn an html editor and have more freedom in my
website designs.
But going it "the long way" and learning from scratch is not for
everyone. As long as you don't mind starting from templates - which can
save a heck of a lot of time - this course is a very slick package.
You'll hardly even notice that you're learning.
EZ Web Business Builder is very entertaining, professionally produced
and easy to use. If it's a fast track to building a successful online
business that you're after, this course is for you.
EZ Web
Business Builder ==> http://www.cdzn.com/wbb
3) Mini Site Creator $397
There's an old adage... you
get what you pay for. Never has it been more true than in the case of
Mini Site Creator.
This video series is painful to watch... not for me, but
I feel "his" pain. Jim Edwards must have invested hundreds of hours
into this course. I remember having to learn all this stuff the hard
way, by trial and error, making lots of mistakes along the way.
Nowadays, I take the basic mechanics of website design
for granted. I think nothing of popping off graphics in Photoshop, or
uploading sites with FTP. Making webpages is second nature. It's so
easy to blast off a dozen or so per day...
But not so for the beginner, dropped off in a land of info overload and
overwhelm... which leads to distraction, which leads to inaction...
heads up... all of you!
If you've been buying stuff and hoarding, and not really doing anything
with the information you've collected, this course will connect all the
dots for you.
This is not just a course on how to create minisites as the title would
have us believe. It is the most complete html tutorial that I've ever
seen. You're shown how to use the free Mozilla Composer to create your
sites, starting from scratch, and it assumes you know absolutely
nothing about html or making web pages.
Some courses tell you to - figuratively speaking - go boil a pot of
water. This course assumes nothing. Jim tells you what a pot is, where
the kitchen is, what water is, how to put the water in the pot, then
put it on the stove, how to turn on the stove and when to turn it off.
That's the kind of attention to detail we're talking about here.
The focus of the course is creating minisites, specifically landing
pages and squeeze pages where you drive your PPC (pay per click)
traffic. But it goes way beyond that, and you'll certainly be set free
from the land of templates and site builders after watching this course.
Unlike other beginners' courses which gloss over the html part, or
kindly refer you to online tutorials, Jim shows every little
conceivable step.
And I do mean everything. Starting with downloading and installing
Mozilla on your hard drive, you're shown formatting basics like how to
make text bold and centered. Then from there, we're slowly lead - in
baby steps - all the way to crafting a sales page, with an ecommerce
system, complete with order page, thank you page and a series of
follow-up autoresponders.
There's a video for everything. And it's very well done.
When you complete this course, you'll be able to make good minisites,
or websites of any kind, from scratch, with confidence, and be able to
whip through hosting, ftp, domain names, making graphics,
autoresponders, Clickbank set up, and just about everything else you
can think of.
(Even I learned a few things, like Jim's secret "Ultimate Opt-in
Subscription Box" which I plan on implementing on my own sites :-)
The only downside of this course are the production values. Compared to
the some of the slick and professionally polished tutorials that are
out there, the Mini Site Creator course is real meat 'n potatoes kind
of stuff.
Jim often messes up and pauses during the videos when something doesn't
go as planned. He often wonders out loud why one thing happened when he
expected another.
But you know what? He's human... and that's exactly the sense you get
when you're watching this course.
It's just like being in a live classroom where stuff happens and the
teacher needs to adapt. Although it's a little quirky at first, you
easily get used to it and it's almost like having Jim sitting beside
you, guiding you through every step of the html process.
If you're prepared to put in the time to learn, this course will break
you free from the use of templates and site builders, into total html
freedom. You'd pay ten times more to learn this stuff without help. And
I'm glad someone finally and the strength and determination to put
together the most complete web training course - for would be marketers
- that I've ever reviewed.
To quote Benjamin Franklin, "If a man empties his purse into his head,
no one can take it away from him. An investment of knowledge always
pays the best interest."
This course - my friends - is a heck of an investment and money well
spent. Empty this information into your mind and you're never likely to
go hungry again.

Internet Marketing FAQs... You Asked... I Answered
Bringing the Human Element to the Online Experience
Q - Will
it help to add photos of people to my landing pages? Where do I get
these people images, specifically medical ones. You said that you use
Objects or Elements? What are they and where can I get them?
A - Yes, I use Adobe Elements
software now instead of Adobe Photoshop for just about all my graphics.
No need to keep upgrading such an expensive program when all I do is
web work, not prepress.
And yes, adding pictures of people to your landing pages will help them
convert better. Even if it's just royalty free stock photography. It's
the most missing element in website design, the human element
People need to realize the web is not an ATM (automated teller
machine). It doesn't need to be a cold hard experience, and I don't
know about you, but I certainly wouldn't shop at any site that made me
feel that way.
You can get stock photography for landing pages on the web, or from
just about any computer store. Just search for "royalty free stock
photography" and you'll get plenty of choices.
But the thing to remember, is that for the web, we don't need expensive
high resolution photography in CMYK TIFF format like they do for
commercial offset printing. All we need is very inexpensive low
resolution RGB JPEG format for web pages.
For example, your field is medical in nature. Go to clipart.com and
search for doctor. Up will come a bunch of cartoon looking people. Use
the button on the left to select "photos" as your media to find low
cost photos of doctors that you can use on your websites.
Photo Objects are a little different. They have clipping paths around
the images so that background artwork or images can show through. This
gives the Objects the appearance of "floating" on the backgrounds.
You can get Photo Objects from clipart.com, or if you prefer a boxed
set instead of a subscription, you might take a look at the series by
Hemera. You can find it at just about any place that sells software,
including Amazon.com. Just search for Hemera photo objects.

Auto Generated Sites Get Tossed as
Engines Clamp Down
Q - I was "sold" on
this auto site generator to make AdSense revenue sites. However, after
reading the forums, people are scrambling. They have to keep putting up
dozens of sites as they get quickly disabled. Frankly, that does not
sound too healthy. Is this a recipe for an AdSense ban?
QQ - I am interested
in doing AdSense as another income stream. What are your thoughts on
(auto-generator program name) and others like it?
QQQ - I'm trying to
optimize several auto-generated sites for AdSense revenue. Is your
Mininet linking strategy still effective or relevant for this type of
site? Can I use an auto-generated site instead of a Central site, like
in your Revenge of the Mininet
diagrams??
A - Just a little background
here. The auto site generators these people are referring to, generate
very large, spammy looking, low value sites with no "real" content.
Very often it's just two paragraphs of gibberish stuffed with keywords,
followed by Open Directory search results stripped of links and a huge
blob of AdSense ads down the side. They are very easy to spot and very
annoying to find.
Ok, that said... the mininet strategy is a sound one and it continues
to work very well. But it's focus is affiliate revenue, and generating
targeted traffic to an optional Central destination site.
I've never pasted AdSense code - and risked losing my MSN and Yahoo
positioning - on every page of a mininet. In addition, having AdSense
ads on all your sites makes it very easy for someone like me - or
Google - to reverse engineer your entire web presence.
I place AdSense ads on my blogs and on the Central site of some
mininets only. And personally, I don't believe in making AdSense
revenue the "reason" for making a website, although I cannot deny, some
have done so, and are doing very well.
Reason being, I've learned from experience, that revenue from AdSense -
in a mininet - is tiny in comparison to affiliate goods. I want people
to leave via affiliate links where I can earn dollars, not ads where I
collect pennies.
Usually the only way to get a lot of AdSense revenue is with large
content sites or huge directory style sites. We're talking 100 to 1,000
pages per site.
And usually, no one wants to create such large sites, so they get lazy
and turn to auto-generated sites and directories. Which seemed to
work... until now.
These auto generated sites generally leave some sort of "footprint" and
it's reported that they're being culled - as we speak - by a team that
has been recruited and employed by Google, to search out and flag any
spammy looking sites. Especially if they have the tell-tale size 13
footprint of auto generated content.
If you want to generate a giant site, your best bet is to use
legitimate content, like articles, press releases, RSS newsfeeds and
the like. Places like the Content Desk have thousands of articles you
can use, along with site building software.
Content Desk
==> http://www.cdzn.com/cd
In addition there are several free article sources like infoground.com,
which allow members unlimited use of articles. If you're a writer, they
even allow you to submit articles in exchange for your membership fees.
Last of all, if you want to hire writers for 100% original content, you
can always use services like rentacoder.com, workaholics4hire.com or
elance.com. Just beware that you'll need to go through the article and
correct any errors and omissions that you find. You might also want to
add your own personal touch.
So good luck with your AdSense revenue projects... but beware, they
won't last for long if you use auto-generated template sites. If you're
willing to put up a directory "by hand" using assistant software for
reciprocal links, that'll give you your best chance of an AdSense
revenue site with some longevity.
But if it was me... I'd avoid the latest "revenue generator" or "search
engine trick" of the month, and stick to building a sustainable career
online. One that will continue to grow and prosper. A business based on
sound business practices, as opposed to whatever the latest online fad
is, as they'll always come and go.
