The Ultimate Keyword Research Tool
The new Keyword Bible renders all other keyword research
tools and software obsolete. Not only do you get millions of keywords
in over 23,000 lists, you can quickly and easily add your own lists to
the database with the click of a button.
Searching the database is just as easy. Type your keyword and get
thousands of matches across several lists. Pick and choose which lists
you want, or simply click the merge button to generate a giant list,
ready to paste into your favorite portal building software.
- Over 23,000 lists containing millions of keywords
- Use the lists for portals, mininets or PPC
- Generates [brackets] and "quotes" for Adwords
- Merges lists into a single file - no more cut 'n paste
- Uses plain text so it's simple and easy to use
- Lists over 41,000 highest paying AdWords keywords
- Finds profitable niches that you'd never even dream of
- Quickly and easily add your own lists to the database
- It's a keyword list manager and search engine all in one
- It's downloadable software so there's no waiting
- You buy it and own it... no recurring or monthly fees
Now instead of spending hours compiling your keyword lists, you can get
them in a few seconds at the click of a button. You'll never go back to
the "old school" online tools once you've tried this one. You'll get to
spend far more time building your sites and on your PPC ads, instead of
digging for keywords.

Keyword Bible Adds Harvester
Bonus
If you own or buy the Keyword Bible, the deal just got a whole lot
sweeter with the addition of the Ultimate Keyword Harvester (UKH). It's
a scraping tool that gathers keywords from Overture's Keyword Selector
Tool and Google's Sandbox.
Installing it on your server is easy. Then a few seconds later, you can
be recursively digging and collecting all the keywords you want. And
you can easily add them to the 23,000 existing lists that come with the
Keyword Bible.
The added ability to export the harvested keywords in quotes and
brackets, makes it super easy to jump-start a Google AdWords campaign.
Plus the sorting feature, allowing random or alphabetical sorting, is
great for both portal builders or those trying to keep their
advertising campaigns organized.
Keyword Bible & Harvester
==> http://www.cdzn.com/kb
But unfortunately, you can't buy it as a stand-alone product. The only
way to get the Keyword Harvester is as a bonus with the purchase of
Keyword Bible.
Over 700,000 AdWords
Keywords Sorted by Bid Price
Rick Butts asked me to take a look at his new tool called the
Keyword Burner. He also asked me why I think it's not selling very well.
I gave him my usual yadda about several keyword tools being released on
the market at the same time. Also the time of year, with summer winding
down, vacations coming to an end, and the school year beginning... boy
was I wrong. Keyword Burner is a Secret Weapon.
After using the tool for 10 minutes I emailed Rick back and told him
the real reason his tool wasn't selling. Everyone who tries it, just
wants to keep it for themselves. It's that good. But I'd also be doing
a disservice to you, if I didn't tell you about it.
Believe me... I was really tempted to keep it to myself and enjoy the
advantage it gives... which is simple. With the Keyword Burner, you
don't need to DO any market research. It IS your market research.
If you can click a button, you can find markets of one, two or three
keyword phrases. For example, clicking on two word markets provides a
list of 500 choices. The first item on the list paying an average of 30
dollars a click is "conference calls" but there's only 2,300 searches
per month.
To avoid the "pack" of people in that market, I scroll down the list to
find high paying spots but with lots of traffic, such as "hair removal"
paying out over $16 per click but a very healthy 60,000 searches per
month.
So now I have an "official" new step in my portal building checklist.
It lets me be even lazier, because I don't have to think about where
the markets are, I can just pick them off a list.
Keyword Burner ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/rbk
I'm also happy to report that I have five portals up and running... and
my "hair removal" portal had its first ever $100 week. My plan is to
put up one portal per week for the next 12 months and have them bring
in an extra 80-100K per year.
Having tools like the Keyword Burner makes that goal a lot easier to
attain than ever before. Now repeat after me... go where the markets
are... go where the money is. Then set up your portal.
New Bonus Report for RSS to Blog
Customers
If you're an existing R2B (RSS to Blog) customer or planning to buy,
there's a new unannounced bonus waiting for you. Michelle Timothy and
by Kelvin Hui have finally finished writing their JV project, "How to
Profit From AdSense with RSS to Blog."
Kelvin's testimonial is front and center on Michelle's sales letter.
Almost everyone asks her if the testimonial is real. And if so, how did
he manage to use R2B to make thousands of dollars every day.
Stop emailing Kelvin... now you get the full story in the report. They
tell you how to set up the blog and the R2B software for maximum
results. In fact, there's only eight steps to make hundreds... maybe
even thousands every day, just like Kelvin does.
If you're not already using R2B to generate your blog and automatically
post targeted AdSense ads, then you're missing out on a very easy
revenue stream. And now it's even easier with this bonus report. Just
follow the 8 steps.

The Positive Mind for Would-Be
Entrepreneurs...
Here's a refreshing ebook unlike most of the usual stuff you'll read.
It's an entirely inspirational text by Colin McDougal on what it takes
to run a successful home business.
Colin got his start in computer programming, spent time apprenticing
under James Martell, then became a success in his own right and was
featured in the Success Alert ebook in 2004.
Now Colin is the leading affiliate for many companies. Companies that
literally worship the ground he walks on, because their success is
entirely dependant on his.
Colin really wants you to wake up and reverse the years of programming
and conditioning you've been fed. He wants you to forget about the safe
paying job and modest retirement pension. He wants to drop all that and
start a successful business and become a financially independent
entrepreneur.
So if you're having trouble managing your time. If you're having
trouble thinking like a winner. If you've tried and failed to set up a
home business. Then don't despair, here's hope... and a lot of it.
Colin will help you believe in yourself and help get you back on track,
all with the power of The Positive Mind.

Neil Shearing's Keyword Spider &
Auto Income Secrets
Neil's latest tool is "Donation Ware." Meaning that the software tool
is free to download and use, but you are encouraged to send a donation
to charity if you like the software and continue to use it.
The Keyword Spider is quite simple. You enter a keyword, select a
search engine, click a button and wait. The software scrapes or
harvests all the keywords from the keyword meta tag of all the top
sites in SERPs (search engine results pages).
The tool is very useful to see what phrases your competitors are
targeting. It's also useful to find phrases you might not have thought
of.
Then click to copy the entire list, and paste it into your application
of choice. Overall, it's good for portal builders, paid advertising
phrases and spying on the competition... and you certainly cannot beat
the price.
Go watch the seven minute video. Then I'm sure you'll want to get it
and try it out. If you keep it, make a donation. What could be better
than that?
Keyword Spider ==>

In addition to the Spider, Neil has been very busy creating his latest
course, Auto Income Secrets. The premise is simple enough... find high
paying keywords, put up websites, put ads on the sites, earn money from
the ads automatically.
Until now, no one - not even me - knew Neil's exact system. It is
totally original and unique. Even if you already know how to build
websites designed to make money from advertising, I promise you,
there's nothing like this system online.
In addition, Neil shows you how to side-step the competition and make
money from niches that are wide open. How to avoid playing the messy
search engine optimization game. How to build hundreds of pages using
unbelievably powerful software that makes every page unique!
Neil will also show you how to make all your pages so beautiful, that
they look like a true "home grown" website. You'll discover the easiest
way to get tons of links and search engine spiders to your site. Plus
how to get indexed quickly and get traffic as soon as possible.
He takes you through each and every step. He shows you exactly what to
do, how to do it and explains why each step is necessary. This is a
complete Auto Income system, from A to Z.

Power RSS Automates Your Website
Content
This is totally different. It's not a blog. It's a whole new generation
of RSS tools that creates static HTML web pages on any web sites that
you manage. Pages that the search engines love to spider and humans
love to visit.
Plus, it automatically generates and archives one page per day, slowly
building your site. It works with your existing web site content,
includes AdSense ads, and it comes with an easy to use RSS aggregator,
so you can always have fresh news on any page that you choose.

Internet Marketing FAQs, Secrets and Strategies
Is the portal strategy a worthwhile investment?
Q - Buying
Niche Portal Builder and the Keyword Bible is an investment, I
understand
that, and all businesses require that. However, are we going to be
buying products that will be worthless in 2 to 6 months?
Also, are we moving away from good solid strategies to quick fixes that
spam the search engines? I'm not a disciple on anything in these
regards, it just seems like a rather awakening jolt seeing these
thoughts coming from you.
A - I'm
not too worried about
it. Portals are just another thing to add into the marketing mix. As
for "solid" SEO strategies... the market is pretty much saturated with
those, with everyone claiming to be an expert, even if they've never
built a site.
As you know, I've always been on the leading edge of tactics, with
Nothing but 'Net in '99. Search Engine Commando in 2000. Three SEO
white papers back in 2001. My Revenge
of the Mininet linking strategy. Then Blog and Ping, RSS to Blog, RSS to HTML... and now portals.
It's just an evolution.
If you think portals are search engine spam, I disagree. It's just a
tool and it depends on how it is used.
The portal building software makes it easy to automatically generate a
big site and there's nothing wrong with that. If the content is
relevant to the search query and the user found a solution to what they
were looking for, then again, there's nothing wrong with that.
So if you think in terms of helping the end user, it doesn't really
matter to them that your site was auto generated, and they ended up
clicking on an ad. To them, if they have acne, I have 500 pages related
to acne, they saw a targeted ad for acne medicine and clicked on it,
then I've done my job.
So far, none of my portals have been culled, because I took the time to
modify the template. People who build sites with little or no value
will get them culled... and quickly.
I spend about 30 minutes researching my topic. Usually I think about
problems and solutions, something along the lines of, "stop acne." I
then write three paragraphs of original text on the home page, about
what causes acne and how to stop it.
The portal is very targeted to the search phrase, and the Google ads
are positioned as the solution to the problem... which they indeed are.
I brought the buyer and seller together and both are happy. Google and
I are happy, because we both made money with the click on the ad.
So it all depends on the way you look at it. Are portals my only source
of income... no. I have baskets and eggs a plenty. But portals in one
form or another are here to stay, and they certainly add another
interesting tactic and revenue stream, to the online marketers
portfolio.
Niche Portal Builder

(For complete details
about the portal strategy, be sure to read
the issue dedicated to portal building IMS #78.)
How do you get traffic
to a portal?
Q - How does your new
portal get traffic... PPC, links? I heard that is takes at least three
months to get indexed. How are you managing to get paid clicks in your
first week?
A - First off I automate a Blog
and Ping to get Yahoo coming. (They talk about how to do that in the
Keyword Avalanche site, including the different software and methods
that are available.) My trick is to do it very slowly, like two to four
posts per day.
Keyword Avalanche ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/kar
Some people use Rick Butts' Blog Burner to automate the blogging of an
entire portal. The exact way the new version of Blog Burner works is a
secret. (I have a hunch their doing
something with Google Sitemaps... but Rick's not telling, or even
giving any hints.)
Blog Burner ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/rbb
I'm also using mature domain names from Terrific Names, and then link
into the new portal, with two of my PR4 sites, a link from my main
blog, and one link from my RSS to HTML (constantly fresh and crawled)
newsfeed page. Those four links are enough to make Google happy and get
it spidering within a few days.
Terrific Names ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/tn
In my first week, I managed to get over 300 pages indexed in Yahoo from
my first portal. Now there's over 1,500 pages indexed. In fact, my blog
is #1 in Yahoo for my exact keyword phrase.
I haven't tried any PPC to get traffic to the portal. But I'm sure it's
something that could be added to the mix... at least from sources other
than Google.

Take the Guess Work Out of Keyword
Research
(So You can Concentrate on Your
Profits)
If
you're already good at making webpages and playing the affiliate
game, seriously consider the Keyword Avalanche Research (KAR) Service.
Simply join up and start using their keyword research to tap into hot
markets with PPC landing pages, Portals or Mininets.
Yes, these guys really do make over $20,000 U.S. per month. But the
real value - in my opinion - is the private forum showing exactly how
they do it. You don't have to guess or face a learning curve. Just
follow their simple step-by-step guide to setting up portals.
Imagine earning 20K per month?
==> http://www.cdzn.com/kar
- - /Adv - -
What happens when a 200 page site
suddenly appears?
Q - When you build a
portal, do you upload the pages all at once, or incrementally, thereby
not being seen as spam by the search engines? Also, are the pages
dynamic or static?
A - My portals have normal
static web pages. I don't want the search engine spiders to encounter
any difficulty whatsoever in indexing the pages. And yes, in spite of
what you've read, the engines do not like to index dynamic pages. They
usually give up and move on to easier sites.
As for the upload, it's all at once. It's pretty normal for a regular
size company to create their entire site - all 200 pages - before
launch. They proof it locally, get everything approved and then load
the whole whack up to the servers. So penalizing a large site for
appearing overnight would be silly.
(The incoming links on the other hand, would be a tell tale sign that
something was amiss. It's pretty much unanimous in the SEO community,
to build your incoming links slowly and gradually.)
Then once the portal is up and running, its pretty easy to add RSS to
HTML to continue growing the site - at the rate of one page per day -
after that.
RSS to HTML ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/r2h
Heads or tails? Only
one type of search makes money.
Q - I've learned from
experience, that you get the highest Google positioning with multiple
incoming links. I understand from your ebook - Revenge of the Mininet -
that PageRank in a Mininet is concentrated, but don't we need some
outside links for competitive keywords?
In other words, is concentration enough? Or do we actually need many -
meaning a large number of - different incoming links??
A - You can get incoming links
from web properties that you own and control, and from directories that
pass PageRank. Here is a partial list:
List of Directories
==> http://strongestlinks.com/directories.php
As I wrote in Revenge, I submit only one site in the mininet ring to a
handful of directories. Plus I add in a link or two from blogs that I
run. That's usually enough linking to get the spiders crawling.
But the Mininet concept was never designed for "competitive" keywords.
Your focus should be on the "tail end" keywords for a mininet. Because
that's where the money is!
(You can use the free keyword
research tool at NicheBOT.com to find the sweet spots, meaning
little competition but heavily searched phrases, with the lowest
competition ratios.)
The reason being, that its long been known - and now scientifically
proven - that generic competitive keywords are used my information
gatherers... not shoppers. In other words, they're just kicking tires.
Targeted keywords - at the tail end - are a lot less popular in the
search engines but they are used by shoppers looking to purchase. Much
has been written about the "tail of the search" keywords, starting with
my own work, Nothing but 'Net
(NBN) back in '99, which you can download and read for free. But to put
it as clearly as possible...
Competitive "head" of the search keywords used by info seekers are
phrases like... cell phones.
Less competitive "tail" of the search keywords used by buyers are
phrases like... nokia 5190 replacement battery.
See the difference? Now go back and re-read Revenge of the Mininet very
carefully.
Revenge of the Mininet ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/rev
If you focus your efforts on the tail of the search, instead of the
head, you'll catch a lot more shoppers at the peak of the buying cycle.
And once you tap that my friend, you'll discover the true revenue
generating power of mininets and affiliate programs.
How to use thematic
linking for best results
Q - When linking
outside web properties to my mininet, do I link to my home pages, or to
the directory page of each minisite in the ring?
And my second question, does the text link "cat supplies" coming into
my home page help my internal pages rank for this phrase, even if it
does not link directly to them?
A - Link outside web properties
to the home page of the minisite. Link the home page to the sitemap,
then link the sitemap to the internal pages. Do not link to the
internal pages, directly from the home page.
This "Revenge of the Mininet" style linking is very important to
continue the overall theme of the minisite. It also concentrates the
link popularity and PageRank, to the internal pages, so they come up in
less competitive "tail end" search phrases.
Here's what I would recommend. Link to the home page of your minisite
with a not-too-generic, yet fairly heavily searched term like, "Caring
for Cats and Kittens."
Then continue the theme when linking to the site map with a phrase like
"Cat and Kitten Supplies Directory." Then from the site map, make the
interior pages super focused, by linking to them with phrases such as,
cat health, cat houses, cat toys, beds, furniture, collars, pictures,
jewelry, figurines, etc.
And while you're at it, don't forget to continue the overall semantics
(site theme) with related words in the body text of the pages. For
example, when it comes to cats and kittens, there's keywords like
feline, care, information, family, pets, owners, kitty, cute, curious,
love, scratch, adopt, find, etc.
So don't just think about keywords for the link text. Weave
semantically related words into and around them.
The true value of an
internet marketing seminar
Q - I am thinking of
attending an internet marketing conference to help jump start my online
business. I dont know many marketing gurus out there, so I would
appreciate any wisdom you might care to share.
A - Most of the people giving
marketing seminars have been around for a while. Many have been
customers and friends of mine for over half a decade.
A seminar could be a great jump start for anyone serious about building
an online business. In addition to having your head buzzing with ideas
will be the networking.... simply meeting and exchanging ideas with
other people.
I'm sure that just by getting out there and meeting these people,
you'll forge many new working relationships, joint ventures, and meet
some new friends. Some will last a lifetime.
And many people reading this letter know that I had similar beginnings.
Seminars are how I got my jump start from running an SEO business and
evolved my career into ebook writing and online marketing...
It's simple. I attended several internet marketing seminars back in '97
& '98. I got a whole whack of new ideas. And most importantly...
made a commitment to act, execute, and apply what I learned.
So yes, if you're looking to "jump start" your online business, then a
marketing seminar would - in my opinion - be one of the best learning
environments to start.
So get up off your chair and go make some new friends. And while you
do, remember the very old and true adage...
"It's WHAT you know and WHO you know, that will determine the success
of your online business."
Improve the "what" by constantly adding wisdom and knowledge to what
you've already learned. Improve the "who" by meeting others as smart,
or smarter than you, and be willing to share what you know.
For knowledge is certain, not mere speculation. Share what you know...
and in turn... the universe will share its abundance with you.
