Total Niche Market Domination... for
Dummies?
All
though this is not a search engine optimization (SEO) course per se,
this is probably the best work on the topic that I've seen in a long
time. The techniques described in this course - by Jim Morris the
author - can get you to the top of Google and other major search
engines in just a few weeks.
How? It's simple really. All you need to achieve top search engine
rankings are two things. One... you must get incoming links. Two... the
anchor text in those incoming links must contain your keywords. Sounds
simple and it is... so why are so many people doing it wrong?
What if I told you that this course discusses two tools to automate the
tasks of finding reciprocal linking partners. And what if I told you
that if you used these tools, it wouldn't seem like work at all. Then
finally, what if I told you that this method successfully attracts
linking partners 50 to 100 times faster than normal. Interested?
Here's just a sample of what's inside...
- Planning a reciprocal linking strategy
- Why 80% of businesses link the wrong way
- Two popular keyword tools that you shouldn't use
- How to brainstorm and choose keywords for linking
- How to create an automated linking directory
- How to name the directory for maximum effect
- Choosing categories that match the theme of your site
- How to make your links stand out and get clicked
- Exactly what to say in your reciprocal linking request
- Little known but highly powerful linking tools
- Eliminating the chore of finding new link partners
- How to craft a "first contact" email that gets results
- A personalized first contact template ready for you to use
- How to manage your entire recip linking strategy automatically
Plus, if all that's not enough, there's two video tutorials showing you
exactly how to manage your reciprocal links, contact linking partners
and get them exited about exchanging links with you.
The bad news is, I know from experience, that only 1% of people who
read this course will ever act on the information. The good news is,
that 1% will go on to dominate any niche that they choose.
Oh yea... the course is free
and Jim is nuts. No just kidding, he's
generous beyond belief, as this package could easily have sold in the
$135 - $150 range. So if you're that 1% that's ready to dominate your
niche, download the free report now, follow the plan, and put it into
action. Then you'll know what it's like to have Total Niche Market
Domination.

Domination Report ==>

Oh... and one more thing, this course won't be "officially" released to
the public until October 31st. So a big thank you to Jim Morris for
allowing me to share this "pre-release special" with my friends. So on
behalf of everyone reading this newsletter... Thank you Jim.

Breaking Internet Marketing News
RSS to HTML Upgrade
Adrian Ling has updated RSS to HTML (R2H) to version 1.4. This is a
free upgrade and is highly recommended for all users. This new version
addresses certain SEO issues to make the software even more search
engine friendly than before.
In case your wondering how effective R2H can be, Adrian and I have been
running a test site for 11 weeks, and in that time have managed to get
72 pages in Google's index. If you think about it, that's almost every
single page on the entire site.
So if you're not into building portals for Adsense revenue, then a site
with R2H may be the alternative answer for you. This software adds one
page to your site per day and archives the previous pages. It includes
an RSS Aggregator so your site gets spidered every time. Plus it puts
revenue generating AdSense ads on every single page.
So no matter what your site is about, this software will scour the web
for RSS feeds based on your keywords and add static html pages to your
site. And if our test results are any indication, it's a very easy way
to get all the pages of your site spidered and indexed as well.

Keyword Research Tools
White Paper
The long awaited Keyword Research Tools report by Allan Gardyne
and Jay Stockwell is finally ready. Best of all it's a free download
that you can put to use right away.
Some people have complained that the report is too full of affiliate
links, but I'm fine with that, so long as the information they provide
has value. Besides, they need to recoup the hundreds of hours that went
into compiling such a report.
Overall its a pretty comprehensive look at how to do keyword research.
Plus it includes reviews of just about every keyword tool that you can
buy.
Personally, I would have preferred to see a little more coverage of the
free tools rather than just line-listing them in passing. Especially
tools like NicheBOT.com which - although a free tool - has more keyword
and market research capability than most paid tools.
But overall, the Keyword Research Tools report contains solid advice
and their research will certainly help you decide which keyword tool is
right for you.

Niche Portal Builder Upgrade
Niche Portal Builder (NPB) just keeps getting better. It's great when
programmers don't rest on the laurels of past achievements. As the
search engines and the marketing environments change so should the
software.
NPB author Satya Hattangadi, has been very busy adding two very welcome
features to the NPB Directory Module... RSS feed generation and Google
Sitemap generation.
All existing customers should have received an email with the free
upgrade link. But before you install it, Satya warns, "If you've
modified your templates, you'll want to backup your templates folder
before you install the new version."
If you already own NPB the new module is highly recommended for all
users. If you still haven't joined the ranks of profitable portal
builders, there's never been a better time, or a better software
package.
Niche Portal Builder ==> http://www.cdzn.com/npb
And sorry portal dudes... Apparently my last two newsletters have
caused quite a stir around the internet marketing forums. Seems like
hundreds of people are miffed because I wrote about how to make money
with portals, and they wanted to keep it all to themselves.
Well the cat's out of the bag as they say. So if you haven't read the
last two issues of this newsletter, I suggest you go to the IMS
backissues section and read them, if you want to see what all the
portal building fuss is about.

Three New Tools for RSS to Blog Users
If you own Michelle Timothy's RSS to Blog (R2B) she's created three new
tools to help you get the most out the software. Cool tools that will
help build instant content for your blogs and submit them to the
important blog directories.
The first module is the Article Content Builder. It quickly finds and
downloads articles with your keywords for instant content. These
articles come with reprint rights, so you don't have to worry about
posting them on your sites.
The second module, Article Extractor is really handy. It extracts doc,
php, html or htm files from your computer's hard drive, and formats
them into text files for use with R2B. Very handy if you have lots of
articles already written or downloaded on your computer.
Rounding out the trio is RSS Directory Submitter. This gem makes it
easy to get backlinks to your blogs by submitting them to the blog
directories on a regular basis. And everyone knows, the more backlinks
you get, the higher your blog will climb in the search engine rankings.
Best of all... Michelle's offering a special three for two deal. If you
buy Article Content Builder and Article Extractor, she'll give you RSS
Submitter absolutely free. Plus there's two additional bonuses, so it's
almost like getting five R2B tools for the price of two, but you'll
have to visit her website if you want to find out more.

Power RSS Automates Your Website
Content
This is totally different. It's not a blog. It's a whole new generation
of RSS tools that creates static HTML web pages on any web sites that
you manage. Pages that the search engines love to spider and humans
love to visit.
Plus, it automatically generates and archives one page per day, slowly
building your site. It works with your existing web site content,
includes AdSense ads, and it comes with an easy to use RSS aggregator,
so you can always have fresh news on any page that you choose.

Internet Marketing FAQs, Secrets and Strategies
Site Building for "Organic" Search Engine Positioning
Q - Recently
I purchased your Revenge of the Mininet and have been reading about the
SEO Website Builder. I already own Optilink and was going to purchase
WebPosition Gold (WPG) with the Page Critic for SEO.
Regardless of the price, I was wondering which of these in your opinion
is the better program. I know that WPG has other features, but are its
SEO and site building features as good as SEO Website Builder, or would
it be beneficial to own both programs? Any advice would be appreciated.
A - In
my opinion WPG is not as useful as it once was a few years back. Its
Page Critic is not as relevant as it used to be, and its more of a
generic guideline for "on-page" factors than anything else. The
Position Checker violates Google's terms of service, so I'd be careful
about using that.
The Submit feature is no longer required in today's search engine
environment. And the pages its Page Generator created were never very
pretty to look at. Plus, I don't think it ever had the capability of
generating multiple interlinked pages - entire sites - like SEO Website
Builder and XSite Pro can.
WPG have added some new features like tracking PPC ads and a few other
useful tools for SEO firms, but for the most part, it's old school.
(These days you can just follow the advice in Total Niche Market
Domination for Dummies if you want top search engine positioning.)
The only real use for WPG in my opinion, would be in a large corporate
environment where you need to track many different kinds of SEO stats
for various departments. But for the independent marketer or
entrepreneur who needs to think fast and adapt to breaking information
and changing market conditions, WPG is nothing more than a fond memory
of SEO days gone by. May it RIP.
To create your web pages, you would be better served by using a site
builder like Dr. Andy's SEO Website Builder or the new XSite Pro, to
build affiliate revenue models like the ones shown in Revenge of the
Mininet. There are lots of other (non portal) site builders out there,
but I've used both of these tools create professional looking sites.
SEO Website Builder ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/wsb
XSite Pro ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/xsp
(And as a little side bar to many other FAQs on the topic, yes the
linking techniques in Revenge of the
Mininet still work wonders and there is no risk of using them, when
they are used properly. The uninformed who say otherwise have 1) never
done it 2) listen to forum gossip 3) are referring to the
original Mininet interview I did... even though the course has been
updated three times since then, and has had all "grey hat" SEO
techniques eliminated. So let's put that one to rest shall we? :-)
Ok, on with the show... I'm glad to hear you got OptiLink. It's a very
powerful link analysis tool and will let you reverse engineer your
competition right down to the color of their socks. The first thing you
should do - if you want to compete for affiliate revenue as described
in Revenge - is run OptiLink on the sites that come up for your keyword
phrases.
It will show you who is linking hard (many off-topic incoming links)
and who is linking smart (fewer incoming links but they are on-topic).
In other words, what the incoming links say, and what the page is
about, are in agreement. Is this concept starting to sound a lot like
Total Niche Market Domination? ;-)
OptiLink ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/opl
But remember to run OptiLink on the top ranked site, the fifth ranked
site, and the tenth ranked site. The data you collect will be the
reasons why one site ranks better than the other. Then once you have
the data, you can use the intelligence to knock off the site in the
fifth spot, then slowly tweak your site to improve its positioning from
there.

Xsite Pro Provides Total Site
Management
It's not just a web site builder and html editor. It allows you to put
AdSense ads wherever you want. It automatically adds new pages to the
site map as you create them. It increases PR by taking long wordy pages
and breaking them into as many pages as you like.
Add in keyword analysis, Google XML Sitemaps, a pop up generator, an
affiliate wizard, article pages, reciprocal linking pages, auto
generated navigation, privacy statement generator, powerful built-in
scripts, page creation wizard and more, from an easy-to-use tabbed
interface.

David vs Goliath...
Mininet vs Giant Site... Who Wins?
Q - I am about to build
a ring of sites based on your Revenge of the Mininet course, and would
like to ask you about selecting the correct keyword to target. How much
is "too much" competition. For example, would a mininet be able to
compete with a thousand other pages in Google?
A - Yes, if there's only 1,000
competing pages, a mininet should be able to blow away the competitors,
even if they have big sites and all you have is a mininet. But it
all depends on your choice of keywords and how you link the pages
together. Like I mentioned before... your competition might be linking
hard... instead of smart.
The linking strategies are covered in Revenge, which you already own.
The keyword research is covered in great detail in the Action Plan that
comes with my second ebook, Clickin' it Rich.
To quote what I wrote in CIR, "Here's the exact formula I use for the
free keyword research tool at NicheBOT.com. I target less than 1,000
searches per month per keyword phrase and competition ratios of under
800 points."
"Then as a last check, I look at the barometer known as PageRank or PR,
where I target the easily picked off 0-3 range. One or two quality
links from PR4 sites (or blogs) that I own, easily trumps what they've
got."
Just head over to NicheBOT.com and set up a free account. You'll
quickly discover the sweet spots with plenty of traffic but few
competing pages. Better yet, get the prequel to Revenge by getting
Clickin' it Rich. Then you'll have not only the linking strategies, but
the affiliate market research and keyword selection process as well.
Clickin' it Rich ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/cir
Finally, take one of your minisites in the ring and apply the Total Niche Market Domination
strategies. This tactic added into the mininet concept can work
miracles in the search engines.
The "Without a Doubt" Easiest Way to
Make Money Online
Q - I am very
vulnerable to sales pitches from internet marketers and promoters. I
keep buying stuff I never use. Is that dumb or what? After a while I
cannot recall why I bought the product, or find that I'm not
techno-savvy enough to follow it.
I saw a survey that the number one wish (over 40%) of people, is that
they want someone to teach them the basic technical things, like making
a website, uploading it to a server, etc. Can you enumerate where to
begin, for a brand new person, who wants to start an internet business
in a modest way?
A - Your situation is quite
common. People buy things all the time and never learn how to use them.
They never put the ideas into action. It's what I call the two online
classes... hoarders and doers.
Hoarders buy stuff but never get into action. They read a lot and
everything remains theory. They speculate, but nothing is ever put into
practice. (Kinda like the Mininet naysayers ;-)
Doers just get three or four tools and use them to the max. They fail
fast, fail forward, and learn from every step, constantly adding to
their practical knowledge. They become certain of what works and what
doesn't.
Let me break it down for you. There are many tools that do similar
things. There's also a lot of overlap in the how-to ebooks and
information products.
All you need to do, is pick your path and execute it. But since you're
asking me, here's exactly what I'd suggest for someone in your
situation, who wants to start out in a modest way.
To learn the "basic technical" things, they are covered extensively in
Jim Edwards' Mini Site Creator course. There's a video on every step of
the web site production process. Nothing is taken for granted and you
are lead in "baby steps" into web page creation. So for me - or anyone
else - to recreate this course, would just be a waste of time.
MiniSite Creator ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/msc
For me, since I already know how to use a computer and have graphic
design skills, I use Mozilla when I need to create or modify single
pages like landing pages. It's a free Open Source html editor that you
can download from Mozilla.org. And if you can use a word processor...
you can make web pages. It's not that hard.
Mozilla Suite ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/moz
If you prefer to use just one product to create and manage all your
websites, instead of having to learn an html editor, I'd suggest XSite
Pro as the best choice.
XSite makes it very easy to create professional looking sites and it
comes with a 500 page training manual. This software is as simple as it
gets. If you get it, you don't need either of the two products I
already mentioned.
XSite Pro ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/xsp
Then once you have the XSite basics "down" they become motor skills in
your brain. In other words, website work becomes just like doing any
other ordinary stuff like washing dishes, driving the car, or riding a
bike.
Once you're off the "training wheels" the next step would be a course
like my very own Clickin' it Rich. Just follow the Action Plan and use
the motor skills you picked up from the training courses, to create
your sites and landing pages according to my formulas.
Clickin' it Rich ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/cir
In addition to Clickin' it Rich, if you want to play with PPC (pay-per
click) ads and landing pages, I highly suggest that you first get Perry
Marshall's Google advertising course and totally absorb the material by
listening to the 12 or so audio files at least three times. Now you'll
be ready to set up very effective AdWords ads that get very high
clickthrough ratios.
Perry's AdWords Course ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/pmg
Then this wonderful little "classified" ad on Google leads to the
Clickin' it Rich style landing page. And once the reader is on the
landing page, use my persuasion techniques to convince them to click on
a link, which - more often than not - leads to a product sale and
commission in your pocket.
Believe it or not, this is the fastest and easiest way to make money
online. It takes very little time and it's the easiest way to start a
part-time business with minimal risk. You don't need any fancy tools,
just a single domain name, basic hosting and a little know how.
I've got it down to a process, from market & keyword research, to
writing the ads, making the landing page, getting traffic and getting
sales in under five hours.
The trick is in learning "how" to write the ad and the landing page.
But like anything, regardless of whether it's playing the piano or
making landing pages, the key is practice, practice, practice.
Then once you're confident with the landing pages, go as far as you
want with your online business. Just by following along in the Clickin'
it Rich Action Plan. You could explore affiliate programs, list
building, article writing, portal building, newsletter writing, ebook
creation... or slowly add each and every one of these revenue streams
to your portfolio.
But now that I've shown you the path, I'll leave you with one more
thought... Just get out there and do it! Get into action.
You can totally avoid procrastination and info overload, simply by
getting into action and doing some work for yourself. Stop hanging out
in the forums, stop listening to sales pitches and stop buying stuff
you'll never use.
Some people have bought Clickin' it Rich and Perry's AdWords course and
never looked back. They started small in their spare time and were able
to quit their day jobs... just from this one revenue stream alone...
Remember... the only thing that gets work done is focus. The only way
you get better is practice. So once you've absorbed the basics, stop
reading about it... set your goal and go do it!
And if you get scared, lost, or confused, you can always phone me for
coaching. So don't worry about it... just learn, practice, focus and
get it done, ok?

Take the Guess Work Out of Keyword
Research
(So You can Concentrate on Your
Profits)
If
you're already good at making webpages and playing the affiliate
game, seriously consider the Keyword Avalanche Research (KAR) Service.
Simply join up and start using their keyword research to tap into hot
markets with PPC landing pages, Portals or Mininets.
Yes, these guys really do make over $20,000 U.S. per month. But the
real value - in my opinion - is the private forum showing exactly how
they do it. You don't have to guess or face a learning curve. Just
follow their simple step-by-step guide to setting up portals.

Portals? Mininets?
Writing? Which Path to Choose?
Q - I quit writing my
newsletter and delved into affiliate marketing. Certain parts of it
really appeal to me, namely no customer support headaches. I now have a
nice little income every month, that I do absolutely nothing to earn.
:-)
I was wondering if it's too late to get in on the niche portal
business? I was about ready to buy Keyword Bible and Niche Portal
Builder, but since they're fairly pricey, thought I'd better make sure
I'm not on the tail end of this.
BTW, are you doing any teleseminars? I don't know how the heck you find
time to do everything - write the newsletter, create products, portals,
mininets, etc? You make it look so easy.
A - Yes, as you found out,
writing and creating products, leads to daily customer service. It's a
double edged sword... you get the readers, but you can never stop
writing, or else you lose the readers. It's a voluntary career choice
few are willing to make, but it can be very rewarding.
I think the portal thing will continue in one form or another. I
disagree that it's the "tail end" and predict a profitable future for
those who build "good" portals.
I think it really depends on the tools used to create the pages, and if
those tools leave any kind of tell tale sign or footprint, that's
easily identifiable as auto generated. In addition, most people are
lazy and never add any value, or change the default templates, which is
another major reason that their portals get culled.
Now it seems like just about everyone is trying their hand at portals,
or semi auto-generated content. In fact, most people don't know that
Neil Shearing's new ebook "Auto Income Secrets" is all about building
portals. He uses different tools and methods than I do, but the end
result is the same.
I learned the Keyword Avalanche method, and therefore use Keyword Bible
and Niche Portal Builder to generate my sites. The only new thing is
that I've added is Keyword Burner to do my market research.
Keyword Avalanche method ==> http://www.cdzn.com/kar
Burner for market research ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/rbk
Bible's keyword lists for NPB
==> http://www.cdzn.com/kb
NPB to generate pages ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/npb
Neil found his own way to portal success. But he uses a combo of
Wordtracker, Andy Williams' Keyword Results Analyzer, ArticleBot and
XSite Pro. Different tools... similar results.
Wordtracker for research ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/wtr
Analyzer to sort the data ==>
http://www.cdzn.com/kra
ArticleBot to generate pages
==> http://www.cdzn.com/abt
XSite Pro to make it pretty
==> http://www.cdzn.com/xsp
The main difference is that Neil's Auto Income Secrets method, is
capturing the end of the search tail, with search terms that rarely get
searched on. His sites are way under the radar and earn only a few
dollars per day. (Which really adds up, the more sites you make.)
Neil's Auto Income Secrets ==> http://www.cdzn.com/ais
Most portal builders go after the big money phrases, and end up
slugging it out with each other before getting culled out. I think that
both Neil's strategy and mine are sound ones and will do better than
most portal strategies in the long term.
Teleseminars? Sorry, but I promised myself that I wouldn't do the /
public speaking / conference calls / interviews / thing anymore. My
focus is entirely on running my business, creating products and
assisting my coaching clients.
Not that I don't like to do the "public" thing (the fame, the glory,
the free meals ;-)... it's just that I really need to focus on my
projects. I do like helping other people, and try to help as many as I
can in my newsletter and by answering phone calls and emails every day.
How the heck do I find time to do everything? Well, that's a whole
article in itself. (Maybe I'll have it ready for the next issue. ;-)
But basically I own my yes and no. I'm very careful how I use them and
what I commit to. Then above all I try to focus and minimize
distractions. And it may be a lot of things... but it's never "easy."
Good luck with your portals if you choose to go that road. Just don't
put all your eggs, hopes and dreams in one basket ;-)
But I'll tell you from experience, when you combine portal revenue,
with that from PPC landing pages, and affiliate revenue from the
mininet strategy, it can be a great way to work from home, without the
hassles of creating products, or the never ending challenges of
customer service.
Hmm.... Create products, write newsletters and get into the public
eye... or remain anonymous with affiliate commissions and portal
revenue.
Hmm... which will it be? The blue pill... or the red pill... or will
you take them both? How far down the rabbit hole are "you" willing to
go?
