Did you ever notice those ads that follow you around the internet? You may have looked at something three days ago, and ads keep appearing for it wherever you go.
It’s called remarketing. And its one of the most potent marketing tools available.
I know the guys behind it…
Jonathan Mizel, one of my earliest mentors, is scary smart and a downright sneaky fellow.
Tim Gross, whom I’ve known as a customer and dynamic marketer for the past 12 years.
Jonathan and Tim are prepared to hand you the entire remarketing strategy. I wanted it the moment I saw it. I hope that you see the benefits as well. You can get the full inside story here:
How to Use Remarketing Cookies to Increase Sales and Conversions.
bye for now,
Michael
P.S.
A month ago I wouldn’t have bought this. A class-action privacy lawsuit against remarketing – aka “zombie cookies” or “flash cookies” as they’re sometimes called – was before the courts. I’m happy to say that the California federal judge threw it out of court, saying that the cookies in no way violated the plaintiffs privacy. (You can just delete the dang things using Flush for Mac OS X.)
Now… I’m not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV.
I know that the EU has made all cookies illegal, but that’s not the case in the U.S. So use your own judgement to decide, if you want to take advantage of this window, while its still wide open in the U.S. market.
